About Bobbin and Craft

I’ve been sewing and crafting as long for as I can remember. Yet, in the years since I graduated college, I found myself sewing and crafting less. After I became a mom, I realized just how important it was to make time for myself and create! It started with some Halloween costumes and outfits I made for my daughter, and I soon rediscovered my love of sewing and crafts. Fast forward to today, I’m back to sewing clothes for myself as well, and I’m loving every minute of it!

I know I’m not the only one who has been in a creative rut, so that’s why I started Bobbin and Craft. I believe it’s important that we make time to explore our creative hobbies. More importantly, I believe in the joy we can find while pursuing those creative interests. By exploring our crafts, we can slow down from our busy lives and live more mindfully. Through out this site, you’ll find posts about sewing, embroidery, crafts, and more. My goal is to provide you with plenty of ideas to inspire your own creative growth.
